Stephanie Shobe - Living with Intention and Creating with Care

Stephanie Shobe is a purposeful creative and storyteller whose work bridges psychology, education, and the art of intentional living. With a career that began in clinical practice and later expanded into leadership roles for at-risk communities, Stephanie Shobe spent years learning how people flourish when they are given care and meaningful spaces. These experiences became the lens through which she now writes - about how nature, sustenance, and design can help us reconnect with what matters.

For Stephanie Shobe, living well means pausing to truly observe. Her writing and blog explore questions of presence and intention: How do we nourish ourselves? How do we shape the environments that anchor us? How do we choose beauty that is both soulful and sustainable? From interiors that were featured in Forbes and Modern in Denver to her culinary studies at the Culinary Institute of America and Le Cordon Bleu, her approach to life is one of thoughtful refinement - elevating the everyday with depth and care.

Beyond writing, Ms. Shobe is a devoted animal advocate. After adopting her beloved rescue Wheaten Terrier, Maisie Mae, she became a voice for ethical adoption and raising awareness around puppy mills. Alongside Maisie and Baxter, her other Wheaten, she finds grounding in the mountains of Colorado, the forests of Virginia, and the quiet coastal ranges of California.

Whether cooking, collecting wine from Margaux, or foraging for mushrooms on the forest floor, Stephanie Shobe approaches life as an invitation to be in the moment. Her work reflects a belief that living well isn’t about performance - it’s about presence. Through words, design, and daily rituals, she offers a reminder: to inhabit life fully, with clarity, depth, and purpose.
